EVGA is one of the best known graphics card and motherboard vendors out. They are well known for amping up nVidia graphics cards and distributing them for reasonable prices. Their newest entry into the already well known line of cards is the EVGA 8800 GTS SSC. This card pushes the KO version one step further and pumps out just a little more juice for the performance hungry gamers.
96+ Shader Units clocked at 1.35GHz, 640MB of DDR3 Memory clocked at 1.8GHz giving you 64GB/sec of memory bandwidth, and the GPU is clocked at 576MHz. It has full DirectX 10 support and Shader Model 4 support, Unified Shader Architecture, NVIDIA Quantum Effects, 128-bit High Dynamic Range (HDR) lighting. This card is packed to the brim with performance enhancing capabilities. What more could you ask for.

Hey, Will it be compatible with the MAC. and what about AMD. So waiting for your answer.

Right now Im not able to find anything showing its compatibility with MACs, but from what I do know, newer MACs with the Intel Chipsets, will support the same hardware that your standard PC has. Understandably though the drivers would need to work, and I just don’t know enough about MACs to tell you either way, but I will be researching this until I find out for you.
